No returns or exchanges in general. 

 

I will gladly exchange products if they are damaged when they arrive or delivered incorrectly. Simply email klimateshiftllc@gmail.com in this event. There won't be a shipping fee to return the item.

 

I am not liable for items that show up to delivered on the postal tracking information. Items that were incorrectly delivered as a result of an incomplete or incorrect address. The United States Postal Service is the place to file a claim. 

 

A reshipping fee will apply if your item has been sent back to us given that the address was insufficient or inaccurate.
